A pretty nose with violets, lavender, and bright berries. Lots of tart fruit along with chocolate on the taste. Oak is a bit heavy handed at times and finish comes up a bit short on an otherwise enjoyable wine. 100% Syrah. Les Collines Vineyard. 14.3% alcohol.
