Santa Margarita, California-based WarRoom Cellars has acquired Washington’s Pacific Rim brand from Pacific Rim Wine Company. The acquisition of the Riesling-focused brand comes after Pacific Rim Wine Company filed for bankruptcy earlier this year. WarRoom already owns Bonny Doon Vineyard, whose founder, Randall Grahm, established Pacific Rim in 1992.
