Knight’s Gambit Vineyard, Dundee Hills

Sycamore Partners, a New York-based private equity firm, has sold Knight’s Gambit Vineyard in Oregon’s Dundee Hills. The property has previously been an estate site for the Willamette Valley brand Erath, which Sycamore owns. Premiere Property Group, a real estate firm focusing on Northwest properties, was the advisor to the sale.
