One hundred percent varietal - all coming from the esteemed Cold Creek Vineyard, this is an aromatically appealing wine with dark coffee, vanilla, and dark fruit. The palate is soft, polished and fruit filled, speckled by vanilla and other oak spices that linger on the finish. Shows both elegance and power. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Cold Creek Vineyard. Aged in French (75%) and American oak (48% new). 14.5% alcohol. 1,232 cases produced. Sample provided by winery.
