The palate is textured and full of fruit flavors with a distinct minerality accented by lime-like acidity that stretches out to an extremely long finish. My favorite Viognier Mark Ryan Winery has made with the words 'absolutely beautiful' written and underlined two times in my original tasting notes. 100% Viognier.
