This wine walks the balance beam perfectly and Mark Ryan continues to make this variety as well as anyone in the state. 100% Viognier. Ciel du Cheval, Red Willow, and Olsen vineyards. Fermented and aged seven months in used French oak (74%), Stainless steel (16%), and concrete egg. 14.2% alcohol. 800 cases produced. Sample provided by winery.
