Quite wound up at present with mocha, spice, red currant, brambly red fruit, and underbrush. The palate is soft with, rich, seamless red fruit flavors and supple, structured tannins and a drawn out finish. Give a couple years or an extended decant but this is an outstanding Merlot that should last in the cellar about as long as you care to keep it. 100% Merlot.
