Covington Sangiovese Yakima Valley 2010
A moderately aromatic wine with notes of cherry, light herbs, and spice. The palate is medium bodied, vibrantly tart with brightly shining acid and barely a trace of new oak influence. A delicious bottle of this seldom seen variety. 100% Sangiovese. Kiona, Boushey, and Seven Hills vineyards. 14.2% alcohol. 307 cases produced.
