A moderately aromatic wine with alluring notes of peach, butterscotch, mineral, and creamy spices. The palate is medium bodied with a fine sense of elegance, grace and texture and a drawn out finish. 100% Chardonnay. Fermented in Burgundy barrels (60%) and concrete. 13.4% alcohol. 390 cases produced. Sample provided by winery.
