A full six and a half years in, the aromas draw you into the glass, with notes of caramel, lemon butter, corn husk, and mineral. Full-feeling, generous, richly layered flavors follow. Lees notes linger on the finish. It’s in a really beautiful spot, though it still has lots of life ahead of it.
