Anacréon Center of Gravity Estate Grown Pinot Noir Chehalem Mountains 2020
Fruit was harvested September 10th, prior to the smoke event in the valley. A blend of 667, 777, and 943 clones all aged in Hungarian oak, it shows initial reduction, blowing off with time open. The aromas are subdued, with notes of plum, dark strawberry, cinnamon stick, and dried herb. Elegant, supple flavors follow, backed by lightly sandy tannins. It’s all about class and sophistication, bringing both in abundance, along with juicy flavors. Best after 2026. Decant if drinking in the near term.
