An aromatic wine with violets, stewed raspberries, chocolate, and game. The palate is considerably denser, lush, gauzy, and rich than the 2007 offering. Draws out to a long finish. 100% Syrah. Aged in French oak (18% new). 14.2% alcohol. 274 cases produced. Sample provided by winery.
