Named after a hummingbird that lives at the winery's vineyard, this estate Syrah has pretty aromas of red raspberries, high toned floral notes, and high toned herbal notes. The palate has perfumed red fruit flavors and tacky tannins. 100% Syrah (Tablas Creek and Phelps Clones). Aged 11 months in French oak (20% new). 14.5% alcohol. 233 cases produced.
